The primary goal was to engage people in creating thoughtful and meaningful gifts. We wanted to offer an alternative way to celebrate in groups, helping friends and family show appreciation and join in.
One of the main challenges was ensuring engagement from participants. Many people were hesitant to trust the links, some did not read the instructions, and others were too busy to respond.
Our solution was to create an engaging form with an AI helper. This AI assistant generates a token keychain book with personalized messages. By using predefined information about the honoree and additional input from contributors, each note is uniquely tailored to celebrate the special person.
